SOUND STEPS TRAINING
Saturday training walks are “on break” currently, and will resume in February. This is a great time to consider training for a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon in 2013. Are you ready for a challenge? Want to increase your fitness level through a structured training program and the support of your peers? Whether you’re just getting started with walking for fitness, or already consider yourself quite active, this could be a great option for you.
